Crèche Facilities
Our crèche facilities operate during the Sunday Morning service and are designed to support families with small children up to the age of 3-years old. Toys and books are provided in the small crèche room next to Sunday school. Included in the program is a story-time, followed by a very simple activity. Sometimes we sing with the children, and always provide a small snack and a drink. At around the age of 4-years old (depending on circumstances) the children are encouraged to join the Sunday School.
Busy Bees
Each Tuesday (in term-time) a baby and toddler group meets at the Church. The group meets at 10.00am and gives a great opportunity for young mothers or fathers to have some quality time with other parents whilst their young children interact with each other. It is a very friendly atmosphere and can be a time of encouragement and support for young busy parents.
During this time together, informal conversations are welcome over refreshments, this can be a great time for parents to ask any questions they may have about faith, Christianity and how God can be a part of family life. The group concludes at around 11.45am.
Sunday School
Our Sunday school is split into 3 age groups and operates throughout the year including out of school term. The program includes singing, quizzes and challenges, and other fun activities all designed to share the truths about Jesus. A team of teachers support the programme, all who have been approved by Child Protection.
The materials produced within Sunday school are often presented to the Church at Family Services when the parents and the wider congregation can see the activities that have been taking place in Sunday School in previous weeks.

Teen Searchers
For children and young people over the age of 12 years old we have a group called Teen Searchers who meet at 11.00am on a Sunday morning. The programme lasts for around an hour. During this time they explore the Bible, share experiences with others in the group and generally discuss issue of relevance about God and how He relates to young people. Topics discussed include discipline, commitment, self control and motivation.
There is also time to pray together and to ask each other questions about their faith.
Junior & Intermediate FOY
Junior FOY (Fellowship of Youth) is a part of our young peoples work aimed at children aged between 5- 9 years of age. We play games, tell a Bible story and do an activity that relates to the subject for that day. The games can often be outside on our large grassed area by the car park during the summer months. The programme is very varied and often includes practical components such as cooking or making different things. All the activities are managed carefully with a dedicated leadership team to ensure safety and consideration for others at all times.
Intermediate FOY is a similar programme to junior FOY but with a more demanding curriculum to challenge the needs of children aged 9-13 years of age. Activities include games, acting out stories, quizzes, and crafts. Some weeks the group leaders will take them to the Sports Hall in Rougham, for more structured games times as well as utilising the opportunity for them to use the kitchen facilities in Church to cook cakes, pizzas, or bread.
The FOY programmes run during the school term.
Seniors
Senior Youth on a Friday evening at 8.00pm is run as an open Youth Club for all teenagers in the area. The group meet in a relaxed atmosphere in the Chapel Lounge, and have a very varied programme. Favourite evenings include various sports i.e. uni-hock, volleyball and bar football, and quiz evenings. Other popular nights have focussed on charities such as 'Tear Fund' and 'Aquaid' and the 'Fair Trade' organisation.
